  • What is the Purpose of MS wire?
These Mild Steel Wires are used widely for making , screws, and welded wire mesh for fasteners. The Mild Steel Wires are also used in fabrication of grills and bucket handles. Mild steel wire, commonly known as MS Wire is a steel wire manufactured with low carbon contents. The carbon content in MS wire accounts for around 0.05% - 0.25%, which provides more strength and toughness as compared to the absolute iron wire and is made by drawing of mild carbon steel rods. 

  • How is MS Wire made?
It is made in following steps:-
  • Pickling/Cleaning of the wire rod to remove surface oxides and impurities Mechanical Scraping of the wire rod surface 
  • D-scaling of Wire Rod 
  • Drawing of wire at various stages 

  •  Annealing of wire at various temperature 
  • Cooling and then pickling
  •  The final drawing in continuous wire drawing machine 
  •  Pre treatment of M.S wire


  • what is HB Wire?

H. B. Wire is a raw material for manufacturing of  G.I Wire, Binding Wire, Weld Mesh, Welding Electrodes, etc and for other uses such as nut bolt, washer, rivet, screws, fastener, link chain. Wire is highly used in for manufacturing Cycle Spokes.

Wire is usually a single, cylindrical, flexible strand of metal which is used to  make nut bolt, washer, rivet, screws, fastener, link chain.  Whereas, Wr coil is used as a raw material in wire industries. wire can be bent, stretch, and can be coiled into any shape without breaking. Where as a Wr coil is a thick, generally having circular cross section thing and which can be bent into any shape at room temperature.
