      USAGE OF MILD STEEL  WIRE 





Mild steel using wire is made with Quality raw material of wire rod and drawing through cold drawn Process. 
Today, mild steel wire is widely used for making many products used in construction, agriculture, manufacturing, etc.

Mild Steel Wire used in many manufacturing products such as:



  1. Nails:



Mild steel used for making nails to prevent corrosion in harsh condition or to improve adhesion.



2. Fasteners:





Due to high tensile strength and and good malleability of mild steel wire. It used for making Fasteners for better heat treatment with minimal hardening and brittleness.



3. Rivets:


Mild steel wire is used for more strength and hardness of the rivet. Low carbon steel blind rivets are excellent fasteners for containers, construction and furniture.
High carbon steel blind rivets are used in aerospace, automotive, transportation, etc.


4. Washers:






Metal Washers are designed to distribute the load of a fastener such as a screw, bolt, nut and for long durability.




5. Dry Wall Screws:



Screws are typically made from steel due to its strength and hardness.



6. Shoe Tack:





Shoe tacks are made up of steel wire and are used for making shoes, chappals, etc.
